A Listening Ear or a Fresh Perspective

Sure can be helpful. 

There's an awful lot of noise out there and plenty of egos to contend with.  Everybody's got an opinion.  Change is constant.  And there's plenty of people to keep happy - customers, employees, boards of directors, owners, managers, banks, and the list goes on.  With many folks having a stake in the game and a reason to push in one direction or another.

So who listens to you?
